The room conditions varied. one guest reported a disappointing view and noise from outside. Special requests like celebrating an anniversary with a cake were overlooked, which left a bitter taste on such a special occasion. The new year party could have benefited from better starter arrangements and more seating at the bar counter to enhance guest experience.

i had a great stay at sarovar! the staff was incredibly welcoming and polite. my deluxe king room was spacious and packed with amenities, making it perfect for a couple. also, the 20% discount on food and beverage was a fantastic bonus during our stay.

The location is central with a helpful staff ensuring smooth check-in. Dining options include a bar with a fantastic happy hour.

Inadequate room service meant no food after hours, and the bathroom amenities were lacking.

What I loved most was the comfort of the bed! 🛌 The room was clean and had decent amenities. But man, the food service was a letdown, especially at night. Would’ve appreciated a bit more attention to details.

The staff genuinely care, creating a welcoming environment. The swimming pool was pristine and a lovely sanctuary from the warmth outside. Rooms were tastefully decorated, clean, and comfortable.

The staff were courteous and helpful, especially in the restaurant where Chef Mahesh prepared a delicious Rajasthani signature dish. While breakfast and dinner options were good, the location was a bit far from the city center, making transport essential. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness was disappointing. the sheets had not been changed, and the bathroom amenities were lacking, with the overhead shower not functioning. room service was inadequate as they didn't provide dinner after hours.

Good fitness centre and large indoor pool, but room service was non-existent at night.

The hotel is beautifully designed, both inside and out. The spacious Deluxe King Room came with plenty of amenities and was incredibly clean. The staff, especially Chef Mahesh, provided excellent service and went above and beyond to satisfy our dining needs. Enjoying the 20% discount on FNB and happy hour at the Lattice Bar was a delightful surprise!
